What happens after I place an order? 

- All orders will go through a review once an order has been received.

For any suspicious activity monitored by our experts in our Fraud Prevention & Claims Department, the order will be automatically canceled and we will immediately send a refund. We do not charge any fees for this transaction. 

Once we accept an order, the order will be processed immediately. And orders can no longer be canceled. 

Estimated date of arrival may vary between 3-12 days from the day the package has been fulfilled (depending where we are shipping to). We will send the tracking link once ready for shipping as soon as possible. 

Note: Please be reminded that in case you have multiple products, you may receive separated packages or deliveries with different estimated arrival dates since the products are located in our different warehouses and studios. But do not worry about the shipping fee, you have nothing to pay, it is on us.

 

Does the artist do commissions?

-The artist does not do commission works. Art pieces available are first come, first served basis.

 

Do you sell reproduction or prints?

-Yes, but only the ones that are not one of a kind original art pieces.

 

Is shipping free internationally?

-Free shipping on all products within The USA, CA, UK and EU without a minimum order. Free shipping worldwide on all products over $500. Affordable rate from $9 on all products outside The USA. Free shipping on all products within The USA, CA, UK and EU without a minimum order.


Please be reminded that we design and manufacture and execute quality check before packing every items prior to fulfillment. You will receive the tracking link of your designated courier once your order is ready to be shipped out. Total handling time of 2-5 days depending what item and quantity. In most cases, we ship immediately. Estimated arrival within 3-12 days post production depending what country via FedEx® international. We also ship via UPS / DHL / USPS. Learn more here. 

  

Where are the items shipped from? 

- The original artworks come mainly from United States or from the exhibited countries if currently being exhibited outside the US. Other products will come from our warehouse mainly in the US and in Europe, Canada and UK. 

 

Do you accept cheques?

-We don't. We only accept a self checkout via credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Amex, Discovery etc. Please see bottom page of the homepage for more. 

 

Are your payment gateways secured? 

- Yes, our payment gateways are safe and managed by Shopify Payment gateways for your secured transactions.

 

Is my order safely handled while being delivered?

-Yes, be rest assured that we will prepare your package securely wrapped and boxed or crated. Your order will be carefully delivered to your doorstep in mint condition.

 

How about refunds and returns?

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please send us an email:
